Nina Beebe leads regulatory affairs and licensing for Amazon’s Project Kuiper in the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region. From a base in London, she works with policymakers and stakeholders across EMEA to shape policy affecting the telecom and digital sector and to secure regulatory approvals for Amazon’s satellite broadband network, Kuiper.
Nina previously led public policy and regulatory consulting teams at Access Partnership, helping enable the rollout and growth of clients’ global connectivity and digital economy solutions. There, she also represented companies at UN bodies including the International Telecommunication Union and at regional meetings in the Americas, Europe, and Asia. Her clients included satellite operators, service integrators, other wireless operators, manufacturers, government contractors, and digital economy providers.
Nina previously worked in the US-Saudi Arabian Joint Economic Commission in bilateral assistance and capacity building, and in non-governmental organization project delivery in the West Bank.
